Terra Nova: Legend of the Runes is a 2D JRPG that takes place on the beautiful planet Nova in a forgotten sector of space. The gods that brought life to this world have long ago departed, and its people have established civilizations that have risen and fallen. In the present time, an artifact of unknown origin is found in a mineshaft, what will its discovery spell for the denizens of Nova?

Terra Nova's development began two years ago when I purchased an indie JRPG. Unpleased with quality of my purchase, I decided to build a better one myself. I combined elements from the great 8-bit and 16-bit RPG’s I played during my formative years, but also elements from later games I love as well. Eventually the project grew too large to complete alone, and I found a composer and pixel artist to join me. Now Terra Nova is on a path to be complete by the end of 2020!
