Printer.Printers does not show all installed printers
I use this code with Delphi 2007: for I := 0 to Pred(Printer.Printers.Count) do Listbox1.items.add(Printer.Printers[I]); I have a customer that has a Xerox Phaser printer installed which is his default printer but it does not show in the list. He is using Windows 7, 64bit. Anyone have an idea as to why this might happen ? Thanks JT ...

I have installed the drivers HPLIP but I cant use the all in one HP printer, tried setting up the device in the HP tool box but it says I have to add user to lp group so I tried adding a lp user but I must haven't done it correctly as it still no work, so how do I add the lp user? I was using powerbuilder4.0 a month ago I decided that migrate it to PB7.0 When Im using 4.0, in datawindows I was using extra colums additional to stores procedure. Heya, The support unit here at uni doesn't support linux. Only Windows and Mac OS. And I can't quite figure how to get the printing to work. Auto installation of Hp printer problems.
Is there a way to default/replace or remove the HP printers print drivers from the NDPS Broker? I have a corrupt driver on the NDPS server. If I assign drivers to a HP printer it corrupts the spooler service on all Windows platforms. Printing works fine once I configured the printer with no assigned print drivers and manually installed the printer. Other non-HP printers work fine. Hello all. I just installed openSUSE today. I've used Ubuntu about 2 yrs ago for a bit before I gave it. So far the installation wasn't too bad. I have most of the programs I want. However, I'm running into some trouble with my printer HP 3910. SUSE is able to recognize it and it recommended a driver for me which i installed. However, when i do a test print it does not print anything. Same thing happens in abiword. UPDATE: I went into the 'job' queue and printed a test page from there.
